Manage your subscription

Paste your license key to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can update payment methods, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel. After cancellation, you keep access through the end of your billing period.

You’ll be redirected to Stripe to manage your subscription.

Don’t have your key handy?

Your license key was emailed to you when you purchased and is also visible in Decise under Preferences → License. The macOS app has a built-in Manage Subscription button that opens the same portal without needing the key.

Lost it entirely? Email hello@decise.app from the address you used at checkout and we’ll resend it.
