Agreement
By downloading or using Decise, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the software.
What Decise does
Decise is a visual editing tool that modifies source files in your project directory. It writes directly to .tsx, .ts, .jsx, .js, and configuration files on your local filesystem.
Source file modifications
Decise writes directly to your source files. While we take great care to produce clean, minimal, format-preserving edits, you should always use version control (e.g., git) and back up your work. We are not liable for data loss, unintended code modifications, or any consequences of edits made by the tool.
License
- Trial: Free, no payment required. Full editor, limited to the bundled sample project.
- Paid: $12/month or $99/year. Unlocks loading any project on your machine.
- One license per person. Use on any number of your personal machines.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access through the end of your billing period, then the app reverts to trial mode. We offer a 14-day refund guarantee — email hello@decise.app, no questions asked.
Your code is yours
Decise never reads, uploads, transmits, or claims any ownership over your source code or project files. Everything stays on your machine.
Availability and updates
We may release updates, change features, or discontinue the product. We’ll give reasonable notice for any breaking changes.
Limitation of liability
Decise is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
